Orders and Returns
We are happy to accept your returned merchandise if you have received a damaged or defective delivery. Please contact our Customer Care team at 1-800-411-3008 within thirty (30) days of your order date for assistance in making a return.
All store credit can only be used to buy merchandise. It can not be redeemed for cash and can only be used on this site. Some customers find it helpful to think of it as a gift card for this site.
For damaged or defective deliveries*:
Please contact Customer Care for a Return Merchandise Authorization number that you will write on the outside of the box you are returning. You will not be charged a restocking fee. Once we receive the damaged product back, we will promptly reship you the proper product.
For all other returns*:
For items that are not defective or damaged, all returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the original order date. All return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility; however, there is no restocking fee for your return.
*Due to Federal and State health regulations, we are unable to accept open packages for returns.*
