At LiveAnew, we use a six-drop scale that is different for each style. In other words, a 3-drop rated pad has a very different maximum absorbency than a 3-drop brief. The drops are used to compare products within a style, but not to compare products of different styles. In general a 6-drop product in one style is similar to a 3-drop product in the next most absorbent style.

Prevail Belted Shield undergarments have a quick wick layer that pulls moisture away from the skin for better comfort and protection. This thin dual layer pad provides excellent leakage protection. The soft cloth-like outer fabric is more comfortable against the skin and helps to reduce the risk of skin irritation. The Elastic belts provide a snug fit and the reinforced button hole allows confidence that the pad will stay in place. These belted shields are a comfortable fit for most people.
