Beyond XP5000 Overnight Adult Diaper Brief for Incontinence

What the headline says, if you are a heavy wetter, you won't leak out of these, they're not like the crappy store brand ones that leak worse than a piece of printer paper between your legs, these ones are actually good and are on par with even the best ab/dl diapers.

They don't fit there more of a medium size than a large that should be something you advertise on selling them

Quiet and concealing for day-time. Has the endurance to keep my bed dry though the night.

These are amazing! first off, they are very firm but soft. they stay in place effortlessly. the padding is thick but does not EXPLODE like other brands do. the padding runs all the way up to the top of both front and back - a welcome design choice which ensures night or laying down positions wont over flow.the leak guards are crazy good - unlike dry 24/7 style the centers of these are narrower and taller. so the guards do not ride up or sideways; thus keeping them in place.the plastic is durable, tough. its not likely to tear or get punctured like a tranquility might. because of how heavy duty the plastic is, they make VERY little noise. a tight pair of underwear is all that is needed to silence them.the velcro tabs are great. if the toilet is needed or the diaper needs to be removed and put back on for what ever reason, there is zero issue reusing the tabs dozens of times.when these become wet, you do not notice. seriously, i can not tell when they are wet - they absorb descreatly and do not squish or move around. other brands such as northshore can hold about as much as these but their padding swells MUCH more and it can shift/move around. even when these 5000's are fully drenched - they do not release moisture very well, they keep liquids contained.as for wettings... they can handle a boat load! they also do it instantly. in a sitting position brands such as dry 24/7 will hold a good amount but not right away, it will pool and can over flow down teh sides. these DO NOT do that AT ALL, like EVER... every usage is instantly locked away and held, even when using for multiple times in teh same position. ive NEVER seen another diaper able to do this. its like black magic...after 7 large uses and over nights, in roughly the same position, i still have no leaks. the padding is able wick wetness away and it still feels dry. still feels secure. still feels comfortable. it also must have some good nutralizing agents in the padding because dry 24 feels very uncomfortable after this amount of usage. i prefer to get maximum value per brief so only change once truly full. other brands dont allow for this but these 5000's have no problem.when fully saturated ive found the padding to remain solid, in place. even with movement. this is uncommon - most will sag, shift, or other wise brake apart. these however remain solid.as for solids, these do not have any issue keeping everything in, they are truly high capacity.the only down side - because of hte velcro; its not possible to wrap up the diaper in itself for disposal. the only negative ive found.highly recommend!

These diapers have all the standard features I look for: elastic waistband and leg cuffs, standing leakguards, wetness indicator, and massive absorbency. These just keep going and going. The hook and loop tapes are strong and make it so easy to adjust many times if need be. These are excellent night time diapers, no leaks throughout the night as a back and belly sleeper. The plastic is loud and you will crinkle, but can still be moderately discreet under clothing.The main improvements I would make to this diaper would be a softer and more flexible outer shell and a revision to the very large and very bold printed branding, nothing to knock any stars off though. These preform better in many ways to much more expensive diapers. I will purchase these again and would highly recommend.

These briefs at quite absorbent and comfortable. They will hold multiple wettings. The backing is kind of stiff; it reminds me of Kevlar, but you can adjust the tapes without tearing the backing. The fit can be a little finicky depending on leg size. The only downside to them is the tabs will not stick on to the back of the briefs when you roll them up after use.
